- Leadership has changed 10x within the last few years - Constant layoffs, while unqualified people are promoted into high level roles - Company not doing well financially - Founder is back and he has no idea how to run a business - You can’t trust HR and there is no communication on changes coming from anyone

I was very excited to work for this company but it didn’t take long for the veil to be lifted and to see the reality. The reality being that the leadership of the company is probably some of the worst leadership I’ve ever worked under. They over promise and under deliver. They are inconsistent in feedback. They give pretty much zero advice or strategy when approached for such and basically expect you to turn to your peers for that or just figure everything out on your own. There is little to no communication by their upper management. They offer unlimited PTO but the true work-life balance is nonexistent. You are overworked and under appreciated and in the end, when you attempt to express concern, you are basically told to stop whining because you have a great salary. I would not recommend working for this company unless they get new management.
