Pros

Only pro is free stuff like tours and shows

Cons

2 lead females are gossipers who gang up on a selected victim for the month all the time nobody does anything about it and its happened to everyone they will talk behind people's back and smile to their face or make up lies and send one into the directors office as a plot to get them in trouble nobody says anything from fear of losing our jobs the trainer has no type of experience and makes us more confused than not about procedure in the 2 years I have worked there I've just seen it get worse not better

Pros

They pretty much leave you alone and let you do your thing. If you like that, this job is for you. If you care about other humans, culture, a positive working environment or genuine teamwork and collaboration where your work matters and your opinion is valued, this place is NOT for you.

Cons

There is ZERO company culture. Leadership basically hides in their offices all day. During the pandemic they were forcing people to come in to the office when we were fully capable of working remotely. Seemed incredibly ridiculous and unsafe. Almost zero growth opportunity because its so small. Your voice means nothing here because they are ultimately just doing to do what they want. There is ZERO onboarding or Human Resources department so if you have a grievance or question you just get put on the "problem list". There is a female in digital acquisition that is SO thirty for a raise and management approval that she step on ANY back to get there.

Pros

Perks would be of course free shows and tours, most of the call center leads are cool, laid back environment, required metrics are minimal and easy to obtain if you just do your job unlike other call centers

Cons

When this new company Remark bought us we were promised employee evaluations annually by the new President of Vegas.com division and this would determine our raise. Since the purchase in 2015, we've not had any evaluations and we've not had a raise! They keep saying "it's just not in the budget" yet millions is spent updating the website and advertising. We're not asking for a lot and we only have about 30 perm employees. It wouldn't hurt you to come out of pocket for your front line. Remark as a whole aren't nice people and look at us as 2nd class citizens which is rude and irritating bc really what is it that they do on that 9th floor aside from text and talk to one and other?!
