      Pros

      I’ve worked at Vegware for a while, but the past few weeks have really shown me how great this company is. I’ve been going through a tough personal time, and the support I’ve received from my manager and colleagues has been exceptional. No drama, no fuss. Just real empathy, flexibility, and kindness. That kind of culture doesn’t happen by accident. It comes from a company that genuinely lives its values. I’ve always felt trusted to get on with my work, and there’s room to try new things and grow.
