      Some limited learning. Nothing much. A lot of show off.

      Managed by the whims and fancies of the management. Favoritism is prevalent.

      very difficult to answer this, only positive which i experienced was working with my manager Sanjay Chhugani

      Cons

      Total waste of time and talent of people at Vehere. Owner do not respect any body. culture is very bad, performing people were shown door. No clear strategy, No respect for employees, Policy changes in a minute according to convenience.

      Pros

      The office is in Salt Lake and hence easily accessible.

      Cons

      Very management oriented company. HR justs hands down their decisions. Less employee engagement. No planning for projects and the techies are usually over loaded. Less or no motivation. Favoritism to certain employees can be seen.
