1.Egoistic Management,Always are bad decision makers . 2.No Employee friendly environment. 3.Very low Pay ...Sorry (Wages).As you definetly feel like working in a factory than being a software professional. 4.No appreciations from manager/management ,even a single line email appraising you . 5.Fire ..Fire ...Fireee .Any employeee joining here has to see some working ppl being fired.This is their way of reducing cost being sjectipent on employees(8000/employee per month ) and also to satisfy EGO.That is really great. 6.Most interesting thing here ....There is a guy in the management who knows face reading ,Dress reading , etc etc blindly guess the ppl who can work and who cannot .

Bunch of idiots working there , if you go 3 days before 9 hrs your one day salary you will be loss , if I work for Saturday and Sunday also u won't get any thing , they will be calling every Saturday for work , work life balance is nil here , one day they ask to develop one thing and next day manager mind will change then next day he ask different thing to do and finally u will be having lot of meetings , which is never end to what to do . Finally every one blame you . Don't go this company
