      Best start of an IT career.

      Pros

      You will have to learn a lot of basic things related to this job, but also about the main activity that this company provide. Another good thing is the team. Some of us are pro with a lot to share.

      Cons

      The financial part can take the first place in this section. Not being in an IT industry, but providing tech support is a loss, the taxes are higher.

      - procedures are simple and easy to apply - provides training and career growth (mentoring) - have internal scheme to promote within the system "succession"

      Cons

      Not mach to say here. Great company values, pay is good but the fact that some people have worked there for over 10yrs and they came into routine
