      Nepotism (just look at all of management’s glowing reviews here) 1 family basically runs this company Snake oil values to deter you from being well compensated Dishonest CEO High turnover rate No processes Little value on people despite the big talk CEO claims money is lint everything, but he shows off his fancy house during meetings

      - High Stress Environment - Senior Leadership that talks about importance of good company culture but that it only for customers. - Nepotism - Lots of talk about caring about their employees, but really only care about money.
