      Great colleagues in general and company with good potentials

      Cons

      CEO is the major blocker to the success of the company. She is one of the most negative person I ever came across and that negativity creates a highly toxic work environment. The company has a very high turnover as people constantly get hired and fired which indicates how bad is the management style. She should fire herself to allow the company to thrive.
