      A company that's actually going somewhere. Velo IT Group is setting a new bar for MSPs. Leadership invests in its people — from education to actually thinking deeply about who and how they hire. Stunning office in downtown, Dallas. You will grow from working here and be challenged in the right way. The team is sharp, low-ego, and genuinely good at what they do. If you want to grow without someone hovering over every decision, this is it."

      This isn't a coast-and-collect paycheck. If you need hand-holding or a slow pace, it's not the right fit — but if you're driven, you'll thrive.

      Great pay. Good benefits. Lot's of opportunities to learn and grow. Fast paced so never a dull moment.

      Cons

      There are many great individuals working at this company, but the management is seriously lacking. The high turnover is a clear indication of the underlying issues, and it reflects poorly, especially when client-facing staff is constantly changing every few months.
