No leadership, the so-called leaders (especially the director) doesn't have the necessary management skills and method to lead the company, as the result everything's based on personal and subjective decisions
No innovative culture, new and revolutionary ideas are always immediately killed
The salary would stuck as the company applies a raise based on cost of living adjustment, which is at par with inflation rate, so don't expect any significant raise, even if you contribute to the company. Those who get 'extra' raise are just those who can kiss ass to the big boss and be his yes man, regardless their skills, contributions and work attitudes.
