      Pros

      Good to learn and for those are starting their careers as freshers or after a break.

      Cons

      Low salary. Always at risk of getting laid-off. No freedom unless you are one of the decision makers of the company.

      Most of the employees are overall good to work with.

      Cons

      The leadership creates a toxic work environment. If you are someone that wants to grow this is not the place for you. You will be talked down to and will be held to unrealistic standards.
