      Good work environment, largely helpful management, very worker friendly culture

      Cons

      Occasional staffing issues would lead to periods of needlessly hectic working days. Time off policy being practically use it or lose it lead to a lot of people using it and time off being approved when maybe it shouldn't. There were also instances of poor communication with the client, though I don't blame Velocitii for that.
