      I felt I was back in Junior High.

      Pros

      Decent pay. Flexible work schedule. Company store mentality. If you get in good with management you can get away with anything.

      Cons

      Nepotism, bullying, immaturity, favoritism, harassment. Working here throws you back to Junior high with the popular people getting all of the spoils and the average worker left with the crumbs. Ridiculous quota system impossible to figure out. Lots of condescending remarks and put downs.

      Not such a great place to work

      Pros

      OK to work there if you know the right people.

      Cons

      They have not been in business for nearly 100 years. A. Biederman was founded in 1933. All of the original A. Biederman office staff is gone. The customer service and reputation left with them. The difference between A. Biederman and Velocity Aerospace is like night and day.

      Pros

      Everyone is willing to help each other out. Anytime I have a computer issue or question, I get an answer the same day . I love the diversity in the office as well. The hours are great. And the company has plenty of room for growth, I look forward to growing with the company and learning from upper management. I feel as if I have known everyone for years thats how well we all get along and learn from each other.

      We could use more decorating in the office
