      Music/ A Few Funny Co Workers/ The ability to feel better about yourself just by being around a bunch of losers

      Cons

      Pay, the Owner is a cokehead wannabe playboy, the HR department is a high school drop out who messes up your hours, management in all department is a joke.

      Pros

      Portland pay structure outstanding people that work there and a beautiful office located right and Beaverton Oregon relocation right off the freeway perfect for people to get to work

      Cons

      This is turn-em and burn-em operation no sales person is developped, they only have one person that knows the products week enough to sell and no training is provided. Whether you're a customer or a sales person working on commission and you are looking for support this is not the place. Very passive aggressive management style from the CEO all way down to the sales manager.

      -They really like to take good care of their employees by enriching the culture of the office. The office is loaded with hover boards, ping pong table, video games, fully stocked break room, and music playing in the background to get ya motivated. - Company likes to promote within, while supporting increased growth potential for all employees. - Competitive pay, and excellent reward system. - Awesome benefits after 90 days of employment.

      -High turnover rate of employees. -Low base hourly pay (vs other companies in the same category)
