The leadership here is extremely volatile. Certain individuals will lash out in office meetings, and will openly and harshly criticize and humiliate members of the staff in front of their colleagues. The operations staff tend to walk on eggshells around leadership, and it creates a tense environment. Leadership has an air of narcissism as they give themselves awards and will not take any feedback. An example of this is the fact that the company uses software from the 90's and refuses to update, they tend to be adverse to any outside opinions. There is a major issue with them not knowing what they want and lashing out suddenly and harshly. Positions that work closely with leadership have very high turnover rates!
