- Great product, exactly the kind of challenges that I wish to solve in my career - Great team, everyone is helpful and can work together with minimal friction. - Great managers - does not afraid to change direction when required and always communicate the big picture to everyone.

Pros
All the engineers are extremely capable both professionally and socially. I am learning a lot of new things, the problem domain is challenging and rewarding. The benefits are great, and the culture is amazing and very welcoming.
Cons
It can be intense work at some times, as normally would in a startup.
