      It's a Bubble - Worst place to work

      Pros

      Remote job, cannot remember anything else.

      Cons

      Worst place to work. Nepotism at it's peak. Cannot concentrate on the the daily tasks as we have to deal with politics from executive level to the mid management regularly. Only executive team's favorites will be allowed to work others are replaced when they want without any reason. This place is like a startup in fact it is a group of startups run by the family members. People seem to be friendly but they are not. Work culture is the worst. Do yourself a favour to not join this company as it is a sinking ship.

      As long as clients or the Sales team aren't complaining, then you are free to run your team / department how you like.

      Cons

      Being related to, married to, or a close family friend to individuals on the executive team is pretty much the requirement to be promoted or respected at VelocityEHS. Oh, and don't disagree with these individuals as that will ensure you don't get promoted or receive support or recognition for your team.
