Small company so must be willing to fill gaps in areas outside of job description

Management was not transparent, despite saying they were trying to maintain open communication lines. Employees were penalized in terms of receiving bonuses, etc when the company performance was less than anticipated, even though employees and certain departments were hitting all of their performance goals.
