      Depressing work and culture.

      Pros

      Good interview process. Good Laptops and Accessories.

      Cons

      Only 16 holidays .. so you are expected to slog not travel and live your life. Bad food. No innovative work. Not focused on employee development, you tend to come out worse than what you are.

      Thanks for sharing your opinion with us. We take into account all our current and former employees' feedback and try to improve on it. To touch upon some of the cons you mentioned- we are continuously looking for ways to enhance our employee benefits. This year we rolled out certain perks around employee development, where we sponsor training, courses, and nano degrees for our employees. We also took up some very interesting work where we collaborated with our clients to design and implement certain COVID solutions. Thank you for being with us and we wish you all the best.

      A company where employees come first

      Pros

      I worked at Velotio for a year and half. What I loved most about the company was 1. A very self- motivated and enthusiastic team who knew their responsibilities and work towards a common goal 2. Worked with some of the best engineers I have worked with so far 3. Top management was always approachable and ready to solve any issues 4. Employee well being and work-life balance was considered of prime importance and respected. Even in the remote model, the leadership ensured that there were enough team activities and team bonding, which made working even more fun. And the goodies sent on multiple ocassions was a cherry on the cake!!! So there was challenging work, at the same time good time with other activities which made facing these tasks a lot more easier. Overall an amazing experience. Oh yes last but not the least.

      No flexibility in terms of projects

      Pros

      Pay is ok remote -friendly but it also depends on the client you are assigned to.

      Cons

      1.The company is not at all supportive when it comes to changing projects 2.You will mostly end up working on the tech stack you are not even interested in as different clients have different requirements which is why most employees leave. 3. Work environment is not that great and also you only have 16 holidays per year. 4.Even if you want to work on the tech stack you are interested in you will be asked to take up another project rather than changing the current one which seriously affects the work-life balance
