Cons

Low wages, people come and go all the time. Departments are completely dissolved or merged at best, lack of documentation in some projects can slow down your job. The company after some time will not pay social security points (ensima) to EFKA (social security fund), with the risk of finding yourself without insurance. It might not look like a big deal now but in the future it will be.
