Cons
Velvet Caviar has no regard for their workers’ health and well being, providing a completely unstable environment with impossible to meet deadlines without compensation worth the stress they put their employees through. A stressful workplace is once thing but they will also utilize bully tactics to keep employees scared to step out of line or leave. Or even worse fake team building to somehow makeup for the lack of adequate wages and provide a fake sense of comradery to persuade you that things will get better while making no efforts to change. They seemingly have no understanding of how a professional workplace operates and their role in the workers’ lives, living in a strange fantasy land where all their workers share their same passionate vision. As opposed to the reality that workers are there to provide a service for a livable income, which again I need to emphasize they do NOT provide livable wages especially for their location. Avoid this company at all costs. It is a sinking ship you do not want to be part of.
