Pros

The work space was well designed and the teams were open & inviting. Collaboration and transparency made the work interesting and worthwhile because I knew that the work I was doing was valuable. I could see and touch where my contributions were put into client decks. My supervisor as well as other team members around me were open and provided feedback about the quality of my work and where I could improve. This I think was the most valuable part of my intern experience.

Cons

There were down times, where I didn't always have work or tasks that could get monotonous. Reaching out to new team members helped alleviate that aspect. Many members took lunch at their desks, making me feel inclined to work over lunch too at times.
