The only PROs are the very few people that are desperately trying to find new jobs.
Cons
OWNER DOES NOT PAY. DO NOT EVER CONSIDER WORKING HERE. PAYMENT IS LOW, ALWAYS LATE and once you quit, you are not going to get your final paycheck!

Honestly nothing, the owner had emotional outbursts and doesn’t seem quite able to fully manage his emotions. His assistant looks like a very young version of his wife. Bizarre
Cons
This company would often be late to paying me, sometimes more than two weeks late. They currently owe me over 1,500 dollars in pay for my untaken vacation days. They have refused to pay me for this
