      Pros

      Venatore is a very different company. My stay here although short was excellent in every aspect. Everyone I had the pleasure of working with or for was respectful attentive and professional. Was treated like family since day one and would recommend anyone to work for the Venatore team.

      Cons

      Winning new/competitive contracts seems to be challenging as Venatore is still a smaller and growing company. Hope to see them pick up more and larger contracts in the future.
