      There are some talented coworkers.

      Cons

      Ineffective strategy. The company lacks any clear go-to-market strategy, leading to confusion and wasted effort. Leadership frequently changes decisions without any proper communication or rationale. The last team meetings ran by leadership are very demotivating and are filled with lies taking people for stupid. Poor management skills with some inexperienced managers always trying to save their backs and finger pointing. During the interview process and job descriptions are filled with dishonest facts and tons of over promises, that have nothing to do with reality. Lack of transparency. Many great people have left the company; a company that does not know how to value great, smart employees.

      Pros

      Was optimistic during the interview process that this is a competent company but the management team lacks any true leadership experience.

      Cons

      Managers set false expectations and unrealistic goals across every team. Team members are stabbed in the back by leadership and coworkers constantly. Employees are always complaining about the work environment. The recruiting team should stop looking for tech sales people and start looking for used car salesman.

      Pros

      Vendelux is a unique startup tackling a real, unsolved problem for event and marketing teams. The company is genuinely building a new category, and it's a great environment for people who like learning and figuring things out as they go. The founders / leadership truly practice an 80/20 mindset: they prioritize shipping, testing, and learning over chasing perfection. Their approach is great since I have the freedom to experiment and learn quickly. There’s real opportunity here to take ownership, grow your skills, and help shape both the product and the company as it scales.

      Cons

      Vendelux is an intense, fast-paced environment that won’t be the right fit for everyone. The workload and expectations are high, but for the right person it’s an extremely rewarding place to make a real impact.
