Cons

Poor move to let Siemens buy the business. A global conglomerate doesn’t care about a boutique consulting business.

Cons

Very strong micro management culture, influenced by chosen few. Poor work life balance Very little opportunity to develop or given chance to settle. Thrown to deep end without any support. Dated technology and legacy customers People reliant processes.
