Excellent for highly Experienced, Good for Experienced, Inimical for freshers

Pros

1. Learn on your own, get experience. 2. Get together party 3. Lots of projects 4. Never on bench 5. Friendly environment 6. If you are experienced = high pay , great respect, huge trust.

Cons

1. You will have leave, but you have to wait till the last day for getting it approved. 2. Only work, forget your personal life. 3. You are developer, you are BA, you are tester, you are support engineer in a project. 4. No order of execution. 5. Spent more than 1year and _ months, not even today understood which project development methodology was followed. 6. Fresher is paid 2.88LPA as a Salesforce developer after 6months of probation period. Cannot tell about the salary around that time. Just assume, how much it will be. 7. As I was a fresher when I joined, from headline you will get to know my experience. 8. 1year ago, 2019. 40%-50% workforce was driven by new joiners and Freshers, who made the company today Platinum Salesforce Partner do not have respect and trust from higher authorities.

1. If you get chance then you'll learn a lot, which will not happen most probably as they will engage you with their work. 2. No other pros

Cons

1. Work load is extremely high 2. Micro management 3. Worst leave policy(Please ask HR about the leave policy before you join the company) Their leave policy is you cannot sandwich weekends/holidays between your EL,PL,CL or comp offs. so that means we can never plan any unusual long weekend which comes because of any national holiday. This is one of the many reasons becasue of which I will change my company soon. 4. They expect you to work late hours and will bombard you with 5-6 projects at a time. 5. There estimation to the client is very very less. for eg, if we get 2 months to do some work in MNC, then you can expect to do that in 2 week in Venerate. 6. No help/guide from senior people.

Cons

Dear Folks, whoever is reading this, please be aware before you join this company because it will definitely Spoil your Productivity within few months after your join. Worst company I have ever seen.
