Excellent for highly Experienced, Good for Experienced, Inimical for freshers

1. Learn on your own, get experience. 2. Get together party 3. Lots of projects 4. Never on bench 5. Friendly environment 6. If you are experienced = high pay , great respect, huge trust.
Cons
1. You will have leave, but you have to wait till the last day for getting it approved. 2. Only work, forget your personal life. 3. You are developer, you are BA, you are tester, you are support engineer in a project. 4. No order of execution. 5. Spent more than 1year and _ months, not even today understood which project development methodology was followed. 6. Fresher is paid 2.88LPA as a Salesforce developer after 6months of probation period. Cannot tell about the salary around that time. Just assume, how much it will be. 7. As I was a fresher when I joined, from headline you will get to know my experience. 8. 1year ago, 2019. 40%-50% workforce was driven by new joiners and Freshers, who made the company today Platinum Salesforce Partner do not have respect and trust from higher authorities.
