Pros

Free lunch on Monday. Fresh fruit, apples, oranges and occasionally bananas available daily. Nice Scottsdale location. Air conditioned work environment. Spacious cubicles, I slide my chair directly out, if the trash can isn't in the way, sit down and pull myself directly in. This setup allowed me to only focus on my monitors and not be distracted by anything going on around me, fore you can't turn to look anyhow.

Cons

From customers to employees, reviews are valid. Be careful of any company that in their sales pitch to customers, doesn't give out their company name. Uses a generalized names, e.g. "Wireless Fulfillment Center". Basically, a third party re-seller of some major telecommunications carrier services (T-Mobile, Verizon, Century Link). Management, like customer relations skills, are poor. Comes from the top down. Company Culture. I've never attended a Company Christmas party were there was zero owner representation. Direct example, entire IT Development gone after 9 months. No warnings, no write ups to anyone. Just gone. The last of us were recently ("Laid Off"). Hmmm. But my and the Developers jobs are both posted on all major job sites (even before we were laid off). Witnessed tremendous turnover of personnel in the Call Center during my tenure. This would not be a place to further your career, period.

Pros

It's great as far as getting some B2B Marketing experience.

Cons

LOL dont fall for this BS!!!!!....This is a B2B telecom job where you sell COMCAST services to other businesses. Basically you will be driving around time & other places to sell Comcast to the business. THIS IS NOT AN HOURLY PAY JOB, DO NOT BE FOOLED. They pay by commission(about $300-$400 per sale) , but it is a FORM 1099 which mans you pay the gov't back your taxes during tax season( lol, that's all I can say)

Pros

Only pro to working here is they pay you 1.25% commissions on accounts sold

Cons

Very disorganized Sporadic working VERY VERY bad training One manager in particular has very bad organizational skills. Will be out in the field training but be on phone recruiting since they cant keep anyway employed Same manager doesn't teach about the company or products, wants to teach sales 101 to seasoned sales reps instead Very high turnover rate Draw scheme set up (advertised as base plus commisions) Door-to-door in least effective way Time wasted in a 8 hour stretch on people at businesses who aren't decision makers Company wants you to drive all around where you live, run down your gas, wont care of your financial state Makes you wait 3 weeks to get paid after having you waste gas on behalf of the business
