Pros

Throughout my employment with Venminder it has essentially became an extended family. Venminder offers a competitive benefits package and opportunities to advance within the company by promoting from within. Venminder also values each employee and sees them not as a number but as a person. I look forward to working for this company in the years to come!

Cons

The one con I have is that Venminder does not contribute to employees 401k.

My clients and coworkers are the absolute best. I have a great time at work, and I really do love the work I do. I have a lot of flexibility with the hours I work as well.

Cons

The pay is terrible compared to other CSM roles, The benefits are as well. It is a start-up company but it is painful. There is a LOT of nepotism in this company. I have a lot of energy, focus, and drive. It is wasted because the manager doesn't like to share the spotlight.
