Cons
Terrible (micro) management by the 2 founders, clear they have no experience. There is little to no flexibility in the workplace, there is an unwarranted lack of trust for employees to the point of being treated like a child, no company culture despite them talking a good game on it (unless you consider heavy alcohol consumption every 4-6 weeks as company culture). Bad-mouthing ex-employees openly in the office, bad-mouthing clients openly in the office. Employees made to feel guilty or even incapable of using their holiday allowance, told during holiday time they must still be "available" or even just being told to still get some work done.
