      The issues with the company out-weight any positive thing that might exist

      Cons

      Small family-owned company, terrible management, complete lack of respect or professionalism across the board in upper management. Continued cursing, no work-life balance, absolutely ridiculous compensation.

      Pros

      Close to my house and full time work. challenge and opportunity for entry level workers. Co-works are very nice and easy to work with.

      Cons

      Need to resolve emergency problems. Work time is more than 8 hours per day.
