      Pros

      Very friendly and fun culture. There's a lot of dedication, enthusiasm and passion driven from the top which is inspirational. You need to be a grafter to keep up with the incredible pace of this company, otherwise you will likely be the odd one out! Generous and regular reward structure.

      Cons

      You need to work hard, very hard, but you're rewarded for it.

      Great company to work for. Strong and supportive management, generous employee commission and bonus scheme, great atmosphere, strong company growth, lots of opportunity and visionary!

      Great teamwork. Very interesting market to work in - wider benefit making people's lives safer. Large contract values. Growing fast, lots of opportunity.
