      Pros

      Great company with profit sharing, annual cost of living raises, and bonuses at the holidays. Most everyone there stays until they retire.

      Cons

      They build stuff like McDonald's and burger kings that are killing the country. Easy to come across very sexist attitudes. No one is treated equal.
