Pros
- Great collegiate culture - Interesting strategy engagements / problems (I worked on many engagements that explored product diversification, geographic expansion, business cases for new strategic initiatives and business cases etc.) - Exposure to senior management even at junior levels - Large degree of responsibility and ownership very early on - Learn incredibly quickly - Small team means no politics, things get done quickly etc.
Cons
- Hours can be demanding, however, varies case by case - Some structured learning opportunities, but mostly learning on the job
