      You can resign. Thank God!

      Cons

      You can't resign fast enough. The management running this place is scum; they have no problem employing notorious criminals and sending them to their clients homes, or having you work long hours without proper compensation. That's just the everyday modus operandi at this hole. There is no real room for advancement because upper positions are mostly held by friends and family, and most of the positions below management pay very low. The benefits are very poor. There is no reason to consider this dump.

      Pros

      At first glance, the salary seems great. If you're a relative with no previous experience in the Niagara Falls office, you're pretty much guaranteed a position with no repercussions.

      Cons

      This is probably the most unprofessional organization that I've ever worked for. I've seen great employees get canned with no valid reasoning and employees that are still employed even after theft. There is little to no PTO depending on your position. I will also add that even if you use your PTO, you are still contacted regularly by this employer on Vacation. Despite what other (solicited) reviews say, there is no promotion. Again, unless you work in the main Niagara Falls office.

      Pros

      Absolutely none to even speak of. Horrible pay, NO benefits, and if you aren't related to the owners, or kiss their you know what, you are treating like total dirt. The top management are the owners' nephews and friends and also the son's friends and friends of friends with NO experience. They all come in and jokingly say "I know Johnny. I didn't even need an interview to work here." Their Human Resources Department is beyond a joke and they mess things up constantly. Like, serious Department of Health issues, but no one does a thing. They just collects their paycheck (and an okay one if you're a relative with no fear of being fired) and go home.

      Cons

      So horribly mismanaged. People quit daily. Their nursing department does things that would make the Dept of Health cringe. I swear they know someone and pay them off because the company is always being audited. The working conditions for the aides is repulsive and if they don't go into bed bug ridden homes or where drugs are being dealt, they are simply pulled from the schedule and offered no other work or fired for no shows.
