Pros

-When there were actually people working there, it was a fun group. -Helped me get my foot in the door into my industry.

Cons

-Management didn't really listen to employees needs or ideas -Low pay compensation -Management would make promises to clients and employees that they wouldn't follow through on -No consistency in projects -Most of the clients would walk away unhappy with the end of a project -Not a very culture driven work environment - I felt as though I would come to work and just do the same menial tasks every day -Projects were scarce and not varied -No opportunity for advancement

Pros

Venture Icon Media is a good company to work for, especially for someone with little experience. -Flexible Schedules -Fun coworkers -Varied work and clients -Free to explore alternative ways to complete projects

Cons

-Low pay compensation -Little communication -No standard work flow -No advancement -Many changes happening within the company and not much is being communicated to employees -Management doesn't really seem to have a plan for the company -Little job security

No managers Little to no micromanagement Flexible hours Freedom in how you approach a task Large diversity of client projects to work on Very polite coworkers Low stress most of the time

Cons

Low worker retention (most have been there < 1yr) Low compensation (compared to others in your field) Have to communicate directly with clients that can be difficult No standard procedures (most people are winging it) Projects can be delayed for months when clients don't get back on things No senior or advanced level employees
