Great place to work.

Pros

Good pay and good working conditions. The management is easy to get along with most of the time, understanding and listens to your ideas.

Cons

The hours are not the usual nine to five but that is to be expected and you are made aware of it at the time you apply. Also, when they elect a new board you might lose your job if they don't personally like you.

Pros

Very small and intimate organization that is family oriented.

Cons

There is a large lack of communication and consistency. They expect a lot of education and work load to be done for a below average salary wage. Expect to be over worked and under paid. But the work can be fun.

Pretty Good Place To Work At

Pros

The organization means well as a whole. You get to encourage people to get outside.

Cons

There are a few (1-2) people in the office who don't treat others with respect at all times. They let their stress get to them and it creates a negative work environment for some.
