Free studio use for personal projects Work one weekend day each week

Pay is just above minimum wage (a bit of a joke since every member of staff is multiskilled) Games of smoke and mirrors with pricing transparency with customer so lots of disgruntled customers to feel with Management do not care about staff, only £££

Can be quite a relaxed environment, flexi time

Cons

Minimum pay pretty much, would be guilt tripped into thinking the business was going to crumble at any moment ALL the time. It wasn't. When staff were vile to others and complaints would be made, nothing was ever done
