No matter how many times I was told that this is a company going through growth and change, they actually have no intention of doing either. • The double standards in the office are undeniable; women were constantly held to this level of “perfection” and, if you did not achieve it, you (as a female) would be the first to be blamed. However, if the men in the same position made the same mistake, there would be exceptions for them. • Doesn’t acknowledge their team or support them in their career. • If you’re a woman looking for a supportive workplace that thrives with equality and allows space at the table for everyone, this is not the company for you.
