Pros

Great people, genuine caring environment where you are challenged and encouraged. Everyone shares in your wins and spurs you on regardless if you are new to recruitment or are a seasoned recruiter. Lots of potential for growth for sales people in all offices and the chance to relocate.

Cons

There's been a lot of change the focus needs to be on keeping Venturi's personality and staying true to what has made it a great place to work for all the years its been around.
