      Poor management Poor communication Managers that upward manage and ignore those below them No investment in their employees Short sighted Directors holding up approval of $1000 estimates the list goes on

      Great staff and ability to work from home

      Cons

      Management have no idea. Too many hard workers, doing crazy afters and no thanks on return. Everybody is over worked. ABB sacked Ventyx CEO and now they have made around 400 jobs redundant. This is the third redundancy this year with more to come. They have also closed down the marketing division globally. Who does that? ABB that's who. ABB had no idea of what marketing is as they don't market anything. Far too many great and hardworking staff have been let go. In the meantime staff are also resigning

      Pros

      Being part of ABB. There are some groups of the business where middle management works hard to insulate their team from upper management, ensuring a "normal" working environment.

      Cons

      This is an poorly run organization from the top down. Take all the things that a profitable, successful organization does well for its employes and consider these cons for Ventyx.
