Pros
Casual, low stress office environment --no cubicles. Great office building in a convenient location. Free snacks. Really awesome, helpful supervisors. Very flexible schedule and days off.
Cons
Low pay. They hire twice the amount of people for part-time work so they don't have to pay benefits. Huge turnover. They hire first, ask question later, which leads to a lot of lay-offs without any warning (not even for supervisors.) No job security here.
