      Salary not on time. They even pay late or sometimes relative of owner is busy so no payment. Lot of internal politics Ceo is biased towards state people, and does pay low. Still owe me amount.

      Nothing made me feel good, I felt like hell when I was working there.

      Cons

      Bad management, PPL who are managing the team and company don't have ethics and moral values, they do have bad conversations with employees and don't care about employees feelings.
