Pros

This was once a very family oriented company who cared about their employees.

Cons

It seems that the ownership changed as well as the morals.

Pros

Discount on windows for you and your immediate family. Good benefits -health insurance, 401k, small quarterly bonus if we hit all our goals, decent gifts. Lot of great people work here. Do well on your joke of a review questions, and you'll probably get a yearly raise. When they do events, the food is always great (unless you're a vegetarian)! They do random lunches a few times a year. They host a Packer tailgate and sometimes have free tickets. Sometimes free tickets for other local events. Did some great work for kids with fatal or life changing illness.

Cons

Ever since their email a few years ago telling us to "Do more with less," they haven't been the same. It no longer feels like a family, and are just in it for the money. They now have a skeleton crew in almost every department. There is a 30-90 day hold replacement policy in place for anyone who leaves that basically says if the remaining people can get the work done in that time, they won't replace them. Management hords information like its gold. It's on a need to know basis. Management is SUPER chummy. Raises have been a joke (for my department at least) for the last 2-3 years. Only a few managers are great.
