Thanks for taking the time to share your honest feedback. We appreciate hearing from team members, and I’m glad to hear the work-life balance, compensation, and global collaboration have been positive parts of your experience.
In these times and with the challenges facing our sector and rapid changes in the tech landscape, your concerns about the pipeline are fair. We're all doing our best to keep the pipeline strong without compromising on our mission or values. That's something everyone contributes to, not just the BD team or the leadership. I understand this can feel uncertain at times, but we'll remain creative, solution-oriented, and transparent. My view is that our pipeline is decently strong at the moment and, as we discussed on our last All Hands call, we’re actively focused on expanding our offerings (with strategic advisory, AI, data infrastructure, and other services) while providing the same level of quality and support to our clients. It takes time for new offerings to gain traction, but we're tracking well despite a Q1 that was slower in sales.
On the tech team, I disagree, and I'm sure much of our team wouldn't agree with such a blanket, vague critique. Staff in our Tech dept bring deep experience across a wide range of technologies in addition to specialized expertise in the social sector, which is a rare combination. Cross-functional collaboration isn’t always seamless, and if there are specific friction points in how teams work together or specific teams you're concerned about, I’d encourage you to raise those directly with me, with others in leadership, or through our many internal feedback channels.
Thanks for taking the time to share.
