Easy interview process. Good projects on contract. Offer training for placements.

Cons

They hold 2 weeks of your salary and deduct it if you try to leave, apparently because they had "invested" in you. Plus they offer low salary, plus no bonus or benefits. HR is good only till you do not try to leave them.
