      Good company but quickly changing

      Innovative company doing great things in the world! ROWE, unlimited vacation, fun culture

      Cons

      Pay bands are kept secret because of large pay discrepancies amongst team members. Since Nasdaq takeover salary increases are much less (2-3%) during a time of such great inflation. If accepting a role at Verafin negotiate the salary you are hoping for from day 1. Corporate takeover and cuts are totally deflating the amazing culture. Small group/inner circle that gets promoted into leadership roles. Nasdaq is now tracking all time off which really takes away from the RO work environment that everyone loved. Verafin works good employees til the point of burn out with small pay increases, no bonuses.

      Helps fight human trafficking and elder abuse. Has an active employee charity. Encourages employees to volunteer locally during 9-5. Teamwork culture Unlimited vacation Flexible work hours/ROWE

      Lack of continuity on projects/teams Noise (open plan office) Technology/operations sprawl Technical debt never gets direct attention
