The company fosters a hostile work environment characterized by a pervasive culture of blame and scapegoating. Instead of supporting and empowering employees, there is a tendency to point fingers and assign blame, creating a stressful and demoralizing atmosphere. The company offers minimal opportunities for professional development and career advancement. Employees may find themselves feeling stagnant and unchallenged, with little incentive to remain in their roles. Based on my experiences, I would strongly discourage others from considering employment at this company. The toxic work environment, limited career opportunities, and poor work/life balance make it a highly unfavorable place to work.
