Frustrating environment with lack of transparency and fairness

Cons
Working at Verbolabs was one of the most frustrating professional experiences I’ve ever had. Decisions often felt predetermined, and differing opinions seemed to be ignored rather than considered. Leadership appeared more interested in hearing what they wanted to hear than evaluating situations fairly and objectively. The lack of transparency, inconsistent decision-making, and apparent favoritism created a discouraging work environment where employees felt their efforts and perspectives had little value. A company cannot thrive when fairness and accountability take a back seat to personal bias. I genuinely hope things improve for the people still working there, because every employee deserves to be treated with respect and judged fairly.
