Pros
Two words: Dale Bates. Also, Pasco front office is a dream, perfectly staffed and executing their duties flawlessly. Zero mistakes. They only hire legends here.
Cons
The only drawback to working here is that someday you won’t be working here. You’ll spend the rest of your career trying to find the experience you had with these people working here. And you won’t find it.

Pros
Owners are pro-employee, considerate, thoughtful, and will bend over backward to accommodate you. Just starting to get a foothold in North America, growing fast, and owners committed to success. The company atmosphere is European in nature and not that of the USA, loyalty to employee is still the rule here and the expectation is that you and Verbruggen will have a great relationship professionally.
Cons
Temporary offices are so-so as new site is being built.
